1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Rent Kiye Jao's gaming console rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Rent Kiye Jao provides gaming console rental services including PlayStation 5, Xbox, gaming accessories, and games. Our services include:
- 24-hour rental periods (11 AM to 11 AM next day)
- Home delivery or self-pickup options
- 2 FREE games with console rentals
- Rental extensions (subject to availability)
- Customer support during business hours
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to rent gaming consoles
- You must provide valid identification and contact information
- You must have a valid payment method (online payment or Cash on Delivery)
- You must provide a valid delivery address within our service area (Ahmedabad)
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Rental Pricing
- All rental prices are per 24-hour period (11 AM to 11 AM)
- Prices displayed on each product page are final daily rental rates
- Console rentals include 2 FREE games of your choice
- Additional games can be rented separately
4.2 Delivery Charges
- Home Delivery: ₹199 per order (not per item)
- Self Pickup: FREE (pickup from Ahmedabad location)
- Delivery charges are calculated once per cart, regardless of number of items
4.3 Payment Methods
- Online Payment: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets (via Razorpay)
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available with ₹300 additional charge (only for home delivery orders)
- Full rental amount must be paid at the time of booking
4.4 No Security Deposit
We do NOT charge any security deposit. You only pay the rental amount, delivery charges (if applicable), and COD charges (if applicable). However, you are responsible for any damage or loss during the rental period.
5. Booking Process
- Select your desired console/game and rental date
- Add items to cart (consoles include 2 FREE game selections)
- Choose delivery method (home delivery or pickup)
- Provide delivery address (for home delivery)
- Select payment method and complete payment
- Receive booking confirmation via email
6. Delivery and Pickup
6.1 Home Delivery
- Delivery within 24-48 hours of booking (subject to availability)
- Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 12 PM
- Delivery time slots: Morning (10 AM-1 PM), Afternoon (2 PM-5 PM), Evening (6 PM-9 PM)
- Someone must be present to receive the delivery
- Delivery executive will help with basic setup
6.2 Self Pickup
- FREE pickup from our Ahmedabad location
- Pickup timing: 11 AM – 8 PM, Mon–Sat
- Bring valid ID proof and booking confirmation
6.3 Return/Pickup
- Rental period ends at 11 AM on the end date
- 2-hour grace period (until 1 PM) for returns
- All items must be returned (console, controllers, cables, games)
- Late returns will incur additional daily rental charges
7. User Responsibilities
- Handle the console and accessories with care
- Use the console only for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Do not modify, tamper with, or attempt to repair the console
- Keep the console in a safe, dry, well-ventilated environment
- Report any damage or malfunction immediately
- Do not sub-rent or lend the console to others
- Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness
- Return all items on time and in good condition
8. Damage and Loss
8.1 Normal Wear and Tear
Normal wear and tear from regular use is acceptable and will not result in additional charges.
8.2 Damage or Loss
You are responsible for any damage or loss of the console or accessories during the rental period:
- Minor Damage: Repair costs will be charged (e.g., scratched disc, minor controller damage)
- Major Damage: Up to 80% of product replacement value (e.g., broken console, liquid damage)
- Loss/Theft: Full replacement cost will be charged
- Missing Accessories: Individual replacement costs (controller: ₹3,000, cables: ₹500, etc.)
8.3 Inspection
All items are inspected before delivery and after return. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be documented with photos and communicated to you.
9. Rental Extensions
- Extensions can be requested through "My Bookings" page
- Extensions are charged at the same daily rental rate
- Extension requests must be made before rental period ends
- Extensions are subject to product availability
- Extension payment must be completed to confirm
- FREE bundled games are NOT extended (extension applies to main console only)
10. Cancellation Policy
No Cancellations or Refunds: Once a booking is confirmed and paid, it cannot be cancelled. All payments are non-refundable once the rental period has commenced. Delivery charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Exception: If we are unable to fulfill your order due to product unavailability or delivery issues on our end, you will receive a full refund within 7-10 business days.
11. Late Returns and Penalties
- Grace Period: 2 hours after rental end time (11 AM becomes 1 PM)
- Late Charges: Full daily rental rate for each additional 24-hour period started
- Extended Delays: May be reported to authorities as theft after 7 days
- Contact support immediately if you anticipate a delay
12. Technical Issues
If you encounter technical issues with the rented equipment:
- Report issues within 2 hours of delivery/pickup
- We will provide troubleshooting assistance
- Replacement may be arranged if issue is confirmed (subject to availability)
- If replacement unavailable, refund or credit may be offered
- Issues caused by user error or misuse are not covered
13. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using console for commercial purposes or charging others
- Modifying, jailbreaking, or hacking the console
- Installing unauthorized software or firmware
- Sub-renting or reselling the console
- Using for illegal activities
- Tampering with identification marks or serial numbers
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
Violation may result in immediate termination of rental, forfeiture of payments, and legal action.
14. Service Availability
- Currently serving Ahmedabad and nearby areas
- Product availability is subject to real-time inventory
- We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason
- Services may be suspended during holidays or special circumstances
15. Limitation of Liability
Rent Kiye Jao is not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
- Loss of data or content on the console
- Personal injuries resulting from console use
- Issues with third-party services (PlayStation Network, Xbox Live)
- Delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control
- Damage to your property from console use (ensure proper setup)
16. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.
17. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms. For existing bookings, the terms at the time of booking will apply.
18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
We encourage resolving disputes amicably through customer support before pursuing legal action.
